Abstract

Kronik böbrek yetmezliği hastalarında üremik kaşıntı sık görülen bir bulgudur. Ancak kronik böbrek yetmezliği olan bir hastada kaşıntının olması her zaman üremiye bağlı değildir. Hastadaki kaşıntıya sebep olabilecek böbrek dışı nedenler de araştırılmalıdır. Kaşıntıyla gelen hastada düşünülecek nedenlerden birisi de skabiyestir. Bu yazımızda evre 5 kronik böbrek yetmezliği olup başka merkezlerde kaşıntısı üremik kaşıntıya bağlandığı için böbrek nakline veya diyalize girmesine karar verilen ve sonrasında tarafımızca skabiyes tanısı konulup diyaliz veya nakil olmadan takip edilen olguyu sunuyoruz.
