BURKHOLDERIA MALLEI: GLANDERS

Year 2020, Volume: 5 Issue: 2, 353 - 361, 18.05.2020

Abstract

Glanders is a zoonotic disease that can be highly contagious and fatal, primarily affecting horses. Although it has been eradicated from a large part of the world, the threat to be used as a biological weapon continues. There is no vaccine for it yet. The aim of this review is to recognize the disease of glanders in all its dimensions and to consider ways of protection, control and elimination from a public health perspective.

BURKHOLDERİA MALLEİ: RUAM HASTALIĞI / BURKHOLDERIA MALLEI: GLANDERS

Year 2020, Volume: 5 Issue: 2, 353 - 361, 18.05.2020
