Essitalopram Kullanımı ile Gelişen Bel Ağrısı: Nadir Bir Yan Etki

Abstract

Essitalopram, serotonin geri alım inhibitörü grubundan bir moleküldür ve etkisini sinaptik aralıktaki serotonin düzeyinde değişiklik yaparak gösterir. Essitalopram diğer antidepresanlarla kıyaslandığında daha kolay tolere edilebilir, yan etki riski daha düşük, diğer ilaçlarla en az etkileşime giren ve etkinliği güçlü olarak kabul edilen bir ilaçtır. Kullanımında sağladığı avantajlar sebebiyle hem psikiyatri kliniklerinde hem de diğer kliniklerde sıklıkla tercih edilir. Essitaloprama bağlı en sık bildirilen yan etki sindirim sistemiyle ilgili şikayetlerdir. Bu yazıda essitalopram kullanımına bağlı gelişen bel ağrısı yakınması olan bir vaka sunulacaktır. Literatürde benzer bir yan etkiye rastlanmamıştır.
