Aim: To adapt the Structure Indicators in the Operating Room (SIOR) scale into Turkish. Method: The data of this methodological study were collected from 145 operating room (OR) staff who worked in the operating room for at least one year between September 1, 2022 and March 1, 2023. "Sociodemographic and Occupational Characteristics Form" and " SIOR" were used for data collection. Content validity index was calculated. Internal consistency tests for reliability were performed with Cronbach α coefficient and item-total score correlation. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was applied for construct validity. Results: The mean age of OR staff who participated in the study was 31.2±8.0 years and 59.3% of them were female. The content validity index of the scale was 0.91. Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.96. As a result of analysis, items 8, 19 and 24 were removed from the scale. Item-total score correlation coefficients between all items were found to be between 0.564 and 0.843 and p<0.001. In the exploratory factor analysis with 25 items, the total variance was found to be 73.56%. The factors were determined as Environment and Equipment, Resources for Quality and Safety, Circuits in the Operating Room, Facilities and Operating Requirements, Training and Nursing Care Practices. Conclusion: The SIOR Scale Turkish Form (SIORTr) was found to be a valid and reliable tool for determining the quality level in ORs.
