BİREYİN HATIRLADIKLARI TOPLUMSAL OLAYLAR ÇERÇEVESİNDE ERKEN DÖNEM UYUMSUZ ŞEMALARIN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı bireylerin hatırladıkları önemli toplumsal olayları ve erken dönem uyumsuz şemalarını karşılaştırmalı olarak incelemektir. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu 24 genç üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Katılımcıların tamamı araştırmaya katılmadan önce gönüllü olarak katıldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Çalışmada Young Şema Ölçeği’nin 90 maddelik kısa formunun 3. versiyonu (YŞÖ-KF3) kullanılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra katılımcılardan kendilerini etkileyen hatırladıkları 6 toplumsal olayı yazmaları istenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre bireylerin hatırladıkları olayların yarısı sonralık etkisi altındaki olumsuz duyguları içeren olaylardır. Deprem, savaş, terör olayları, Pandemi gibi büyük kayıpların verildiği olaylar en çok cezalandırıcılık şeması olan bireyler tarafından hatırlanmaktadır.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to research the public events that are remembered by individuals and their early maladaptive schemas. The study was conducted with 24 young university students. All participants participated in the study voluntarily. Short version of Young Schema Questionnaire consisting of 90 questions were used in the study. Additionally, participants are asked to state 6 public events affected them in their lifetime. The results of the study revealed that half of the mostly remembered public events are under the influence of the recency effect and these events triggers negative emotions. Events as in earthquakes, wars, terror attacks, pandemic eventuating in deaths of people are largely remembered especially by the people having Punitiveness as early maladaptive schemas.
