Abnormal findings may be associated with approximately 18.8–70% of the disease. Diagnosis of the disease is made clinically and prognosis is good. In this report, a case of CMTC with findings of asymmetrical appearence, atrophy of lower extremities accompanied by an uncommon finding of ulceration was seen in neonatal period. All these findings regressed during the 3 month follow up.
