Abstract
Kombine gebelik, intrauterin gebelikle ekstrauterin gebeliğin birlikte olması halidir. Genellikle, gebelikle birlikte akut batın sendromu şeklinde ortaya çıkan bir tablo yapar. Preoperatif tanısı oldukça zordur. Bu yazıda, 22 yaşında kombine gebelik tanısı alan bir olgu sunulmuş, kombine gebelik olgularının özellikleri, tanı ve tedavisindeki sorunlar tartışılmıştır.

Abstract
Combined pregnancy is an intrauterine pregnancy accompanied by extrauterine pregnancy. Usually this situation is presented by a pregnancy and acute abdomen. Preoperative diagnosis is very difficult. In this article, a 22 years old case with combined pregnancy is reported, features and problems in diagnosis and management of this situation discussed.
