Abstract
Ovarial carcinom has the highest mortalitity rate among genital cancers of the women. In endometrioid ovarian adenocarcinoma the risk of development of multifocal dısease is high. Because of the differences of mortality, it is important to diagnose multifocal disease. We report a series of seven cases diagnosed with multifocal pelvic malignancy (endometrial adenocarcinoma and ovarian surface epithelial carcinoma).
Abstract
Over kanseri, kadınlarda en sık ölüme neden olan genital kanserdir. Endometrioid tip over kanserinde multifokal hastalık gelişme riski yüksektir. Mortalitedeki farklılıklar açısından, multifokal hastalığın tanısının konması önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, multifokal pelvik malignite (endometrium karsinomu ve over yüzey epitel karsinomu) tanısı konmuş toplam yedi olgu sunulmuştur.
