Abstract
Lung is the most common site of metastasis from osteosarcoma and soft tissue sarcomas. Intratoracic extrapulmonary metastasis is unusual. When the primary tumor is under control, surgical resection for metastasis effects improved survival. In this article, a mediastinal osteosarcoma metastasis in a 27 years old female patient who underwent surgical resection is presented.

Abstract
Osteosarkom ve yumuşak doku sarkomlarının en sık metastaz yaptığı organ akciğerlerdir. Toraks içinde akciğer dışındaki yapılarda metastaz görülmesi ise son derece nadirdir. Primer tümörün kontrol altında olması durumunda metastazların cerrahi rezeksiyonu sağkalımı olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Bu makalede, mediastinal osteosarkom metastazına cerrahi tedavi uygulanmış 27 yaşındaki bir kadın hasta sunulmuştur.
