PREGNANCY AND ADNEXAL TORSION (CASE REPORT)

Abstract

We vvould İlke to evaluate of the adnexal torsion, which occurs during the pregnancy to acute abdomen leed can. Giving conrideration to the life of the fetus and mother, must be executed by adnexal torsion a correct diagnosis and emergancy management. We processed a case of 15 weeks of pregnancy and left adnexal torsion with literatüre knovvledge. Adnexal masses observed with pregnancy show different features from cases without pregnancy. Correct diagnosis and selection of correct treatment are very important. Because pregnancy must not be disturbed and the fertility capability of the patient in the reproductive period must be protected.
