Abstract

Gastric remnant cancer is the cancer of the stomach, which occurs following gastric surgery for a benign disease. In this study; ten patients .who were diagnosed gastric remnant cancer in the last five years were analyzed retrospectively. We aimed to perform the recommended treatment for gastric cancer which is total gastrectomy. D-ll lymp node dissection and omentectomy.

Abstract

Mide güdük kanseri: benign bir hastalık nedeni ile gastrik cerrahi uygulanmasından sonra ortaya çıkan kanserlerdir. Bu çalışmada son 5 yılda Genel Cerrahi kliniğinde mide güdük kanseri tanısı alan 10 hasta retrospektif olarak incelendi Mide güdük kanser cerrahisi için tüm çabamız günümüzde kabul edilen cerrahi yöntemi olan total gastrektomi. D-ll lenf nodu diseksiyonu ve omentektomi uygulamaya yönelik idi.
