RENAL LEİOMYOSARCOMA : A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Renal leiomyosarcoma is an extremely rare tumor and patient's clinical presentation and imaging findings are not helpful for accurate preoperative diagnosis. The primary treatment is radicai nephrectomy with or without adjunctive radiation or chemotherapy. The prognosis is poor. We reported a case of primary renal leiomyosarcoma whom pathological diagnosis was confirmed immunohistochemically.
