CT AND MRI FINDINGS OF TRIGEMINAL SCHWANNOMA IN CHILDHOOD : CASE REPORT

Abstract

Schwannomas are primary nerve sheath benign tumors and originate from cranial nerves mostly from the vestibulocochlear nerve. In this case report; we displayed an example from the trigeminal form of schwannomas which is less encountered and particularly from the childhood age group which is seen in literature in a rather low frequency.
