Level of information of freshmen and fourth graders at school of nursing on vaginosis and personal hygiene

Abstract

Introduction: The research has been designed to detect personal hygiene habits and level of information on vaginosis of the freshmen and fourth graders at School of Nursing and to determine their requirements. Material and Methods: The population of the descriptive research consisted of the freshmen and the fourth graders at School of Nursing (N=300). No sampling was selected and all the students who were attending the school during the period at which the study was carried out and volunteered to participate in the research were included in the research (n=196). The research data was collected through the questionnaire form (42 questions). Results: Average age of the fresmen who participated in the research was 19.68±0.11 while the average age of the fourth graders who participated in the research was 23.08±1.22.
