Those patients should be followed rigorously; and a multidisciplinary approach should be applied with the experts of nephrology, obstetric and neonatology. In this article, a 28-year-old pregnant woman, who was diagnosed with high blood pressure in the 34th week of pregnancy and who has been a renal transplant patient for 5 years is presented.
