RECURRENT GIANT CELL TUMOR AT WRIST : A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Giant celi tumor of bone is benign but locally aggressive tumor with a high recurrence rate. The distal end of the radius is the third most common localization. In this study we present a recurrent giant celi tumor localized at the distal end of the radius. İn that case curettage, curettage and grafting, local agents as bone cement, formol and alcohol were the initial treatments however wide excision and revision with otogenous non vascularized fibular graft has been applied in the continuing aggresivity of the lesion
