Abstract
In this paper, it is presented persistent hypomagnesemia and secondary tetany in two patients with ovarian cancer who have received cisplatin chemotherapy and it is also discussed clinical presentation, causes, prophylaxis and treatment choises of cisplatin induced hypomagnesemia by the literature.

Abstract
Bu makalede, over kanseri sonrası sisplatin içeren kemoterapi protokolü uygulanan iki hastada gelişen persistan hipomagnezemi ve buna sekonder tetani sunuldu. Ayrıca, sisplatine bağlı gelişen hipomagnezeminin klinik prezantasyonu, nedenleri, profilaksi ve tedavi seçenekleri, ilgili literatürün ışığında tartışıldı.
