Abstract
Hipereosinofilik dermatit, periferik kanda eosinofili ve kaşıntılı polimorfik deri lezyonları ile seyreden, bu nedenle birçok hastalıkla karışabilen ve tanısı sıklıkla atlanabilen bir hastalıktır. Altı aydır şiddetli kaşıntı yakınması olan seksen yaşındaki erkek hastanın gövdesinde yaygın dağılım gösteren, ekskoriye ve eritemli-ödemli papüllerin oluşturduğu bir dermatoz tablosu vardı. Periferik kanda % 22.3 oranında eozinofili eşlik etmekteydi. Hastaya, eozinofili ile seyreden diğer dermatozların ayırıcı tanısı yapıldıktan sonra hipereozinofilik dermatit tanısı konuldu. Burada nedeni bilinmeyen bu ilginç tabloya dikkat çekmek amacıyla bir hipereosinofilik dermatit olgusu sunulmaktadır. Çok çeşitli deri lezyonları ile kronik seyreden bu hastalığın aslında daha sık görüldüğü ancak tanısal zorluk nedeniyle az rapor edildiği kanısındayız.

Abstract
Hypereosinophilic dermatitis is a rare disease characterized by blood eosinophilia, pruriginous and polymorphic skin eruptions. Differential diagnosis includes many disorders. Eighty-year-old male patient presented to our clinic with pruritis for almost six months. He had excoriated lesions and erythematous-edematous papules disseminating on his trunk. The proportion of eosinophils in the peripheral blood was 22.3 percent. He was diagnosed as hypereosinophilic dermatitis, after differential diagnoses of eosinophilia was made. Although there are limited reports in the literature because of difficulty in diagnosis , we believe that this chronical disease with polymorphic skin lesions is seen more frequently. Here, we report a case diagnosed as hypereosinophilic dermatits with typical dermatologic and laboratory findings.
