Abstract
Spinal anestezi sonrasında işitme kaybı nadiren görülmektedir. 43 yaşındaki hastaya hidroselektomi operasyonu için spinal anestezi uygulandı. Anestezi ve cerrahi süreci olağan seyretti. Operasyondan 6 saat sonrasında düşük frekansta unilateral işitme kaybı gelişmesi üzerine metilprednizolon 125 mg iv uygulandı. 6 saat içinde işitme kaybı geriledi. Bu yazıda, spinal anestezi sonrası gelişen işitme kaybını ve tedavi sürecini sunduk.

Abstract
Hearing loss is uncommon following spinal anesthesia. Spinal anesthesia was performed for an elective hydrocelectomy on a 43 year old patient. The duration of the anesthesia and surgery were uneventful. Hearing loss at a low frequency rate occurred at the postoperative sixth hour. In this report, we present a case of hearing loss and the treatment period following spinal anesthesia.
