Öz
Secondary spontaneous pneumothorax may emerge secondary to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung infection and rarely either primary or secondary lung malignancies. There are different views regarding the metastatic tumors of lungs’ mechanism of forming pneumothorax. This setting, which can be observed generally during or after chemotherapy, is presented with two cases developing secondary spontaneous pneumothorax, one due to pleomorphic sarcoma and the other due to germ cell tumor lung metastasis.

Öz
Sekonder spontan pnömotoraks kronik obstrüktif akciğer hastalığı, akciğer enfeksiyonu ve nadiren primer ya da sekonder akciğer malignitelerine ikincil olarak ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Akciğerdeki metastatik tümörlerin pnömotoraks oluşturma mekanizması hakkında farklı görüşler bulunmaktadır. Genellikle kemoterapi sırasında veya sonrasında izlenebilen bu tablo biri pleomorfik sarkomun diğeri germ hücreli tümörün akciğere metastazı nedeniyle sekonder spontan pnömotoraks gelişen iki olgu eşliğinde sunulmuştur.
