Amaç: Çalışmamız, 6 Şubat 2023 tarihinde Türkiye'de meydana gelen deprem sonrasında hastanemiz servis ve yoğun bakım ünitelerinde yatan hasta olarak tedavi gören depremzedelere ilişkin demografik bilgi ve takipleri sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamız 6 Şubat 2023 tarihinden sonraki ilk 30 gün içerisinde çeşitli deprem bölgelerinden hastanemize sevk edilen veya başvuran hastalardan elde edilen verilerden oluşmaktadır. Hastanemizde yatışı sırasında X34 (depremzede) tanısı alan toplam 81 hastanın verileri retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir.
Bulgular: Seksen bir hastanın 48'i kadın, 33'ü erkekti.

Aim: Our study aims to provide demographic information and follow-ups on the earthquake victims treated as inpatients in the wards and intensive care units of our hospital following the Turkey earthquake on February 6, 2023.
Materials and Methods: Our study consisted of data from patients who were referred or admitted to our hospital from various earthquake regions within the first 30 days after February 6. The data of a total of 81 patients who were diagnosed as X34 (earthquake victims) during hospitalization were examined retrospectively.
Results: Of the 81 patients, 48 were women and 33 were men. The mean age of female was 44.1 years and male was 49.8 years. While the mean length of stay in the intensive care unit was 16.88 days, the duration of stay in the wards was calculated as 8.92 days. A total of 10 patients were amputated at various levels. When the fractures due to the earthquake are examined; the most common diagnosis was tibia (n=6) and multiple rib (n=5) fractures. As a result of the psychiatric evaluation, 16 of these patients were diagnosed with acute stress disorder. It was noted that 39.5% of 81 patients were discharged from our hospital with full recovery.
Conclusion: It is thought that our study will contribute to the literature because it includes the data of the hospital where the highest number of earthquake victims were followed up in the acute period after the earthquake in Izmir.
