Abstract
Synchronous triple primary malignant neoplasms, including retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma, sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma and renal celi carcinoma in a 67-year-old male is reported. First, sigmoid colon was resected, followed by rertoperitoneal tumor resection and left nephrectomy one month later. The patient has been folloWed for thirteen months and neither recurrence nor metastasis has been detected. Due to its rarity in daily surgical practice, in this article, we have revieWed the synchronous cases with triple or more primary malignant tumors.
Abstract
Retroperitoneal leiornyosarkom, sigmoid kolon adenokarsinomu ve renal hücreli karsinomdan oluşan senkron primer triple tümörü olan 67 yaşında bir erkek olgu sunulmaktadır. Olguda sigmoid kolon rezeksiyonu gerçekleştirildikten bir ay sonra retroperitoneal kitle eksizyonu ve sol nefrektomi uygulandı. Olgu onüç aydır klinik takiptedir ve nüks veya metastazla uyumlu bulgu tespit edilememiştir. Yazımızda, cerrahi uygulamada ender görülen bir olgu olması nedeni ile triple veya daha çok sayıdaki primer malign tümörler gözden geçirildi.
