Abstract
Aim: This study was conducted descriptively and prospectively in order to evaluate sexual function and satisfaction in all three trimesters of nulliparous pregnant women.
Materials and Methods::The study was conducted with 256 pregnant who applied between July 2019-July 2020 in the Pregnancy Outpatient Clinic of a hospital in Istanbul. Pregnant Information Form, Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and Sexual Satisfaction Scale for Women (SSS-W) were used for data collection. The data were collected with face-to-face interviews with pregnant in 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters for 3 times in total.
Results: The average age of pregnant is 26,82±5,36, 62,9% of them are housewives and in 59,8% of them family income is equal to family expenses. It was determined that the sexual life of women during pregnancy was negatively affected.
The FSFI scores in all three trimesters were 20,36±10,19, 22,04±11,32 and 9,94±10,41, respectively. The SSS-W scores were 56,30±8,51, 59,86±8,0 and 45,15±8,2, respectively. Although there was a slight increase in FSFI and SSS-W scores in the second trimester, it was determined that there was a significant decrease in the third trimester. It was found that sexual dysfunction was experienced in all three trimesters during pregnancy. The total score cut-off point for FSFI was below 26,55 and the rate of sexual dysfunction was 60,28%, 64,74% and 90,88%, respectively, according to trimesters. In the correlation analysis performed between FSFI and SSS-W, a positive, high degree and significant relationship was found in all three trimesters.
Conclusion: It was observed that female sexual functions and sexual satisfaction were negatively affected in all three trimesters of pregnancy, more prominently in the third trimester.

Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışma nullipar gebelerde her üç trimesterde cinsel işlevi değerlendirmek amacı ile tanımlayıcı ve prospektif olarak yapılmıştır.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma İstanbul ilindeki bir hastanenin Gebe Polikliniği'nde Temmuz 2019-Temmuz 2020 tarihleri arasında başvuran 256 nullipar gebe ile yürütülmüştür. Verilerin toplanmasında ''Gebe Bilgi Formu'', ''Kadın Cinsel Fonksiyon İndeksi (KCFİ)'' ve ''Kadın Cinsel Memnuniyet Ölçeği (KCMÖ)'' kullanılmıştır. Nullipar gebelerle birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü trimesterde toplam 3 kez yüz yüze görüşme ile veriler toplanmıştır. Veri toplama formu gebeler tarafından doldurulmuş ve bir istatistik paket programında analizi yapılmıştır.
Bulgular: Gebelerin ortalama yaşı 26,82±5,36 olup, %62,9'u ev hanımı ve %59,8'inde aile geliri giderine denktir. Kadınların gebelik döneminde cinsel yaşamlarının olumsuz etkilendiği belirlendi. Her üç trimesterde KCFİ puanı sırası ile 20,36±10,19, 22,04±11,32 ve 9,94±10,41 idi. KCMÖ puanı sırası ile 56,30±8,51, 59,86±8,0 ve 45,15±8,2 idi. KCFİ ve KCMÖ puanlarında ikinci trimesterde hafif bir artış görülse de üçüncü trimesterde belirgin bir azalma yaşandığı belirlendi. Gebelik döneminde her üç trimesterde de cinsel işlevlerde azalma yaşandığı tespit edildi. KCFİ toplam puan kesme noktası 26,55'in altında olup, cinsel işlevlerde azalma yaşayanların oranı trimesterlere göre sırası ile %60,28, %64,74 ve %90,88 olarak saptandı. KCFİ ve KCMÖ arasında yapılan korelasyon analizinde her üç trimesterde de pozitif yönde, yüksek derecede ve anlamlı ilişki saptandı. Gebelerin yaş, öğrenim düzeyi, ekonomik durumu, eşinin yaşı ve öğrenim düzeyi ile KCFİ ve KCMÖ arasında ilişki olduğu görüldü.
Sonuç: Üçüncü trimesterde çok daha belirgin olmak üzere, gebeliğin her üç trimesterinde de kadın cinsel işlevlerinin ve cinsel memnuniyetinin olumsuz yönde etkilendiği görüldü.
