Abstract
Adrenal myelolipoma is a nonfunctioning benign tumor composed of mature tat tissue associated with proliferating hematopoetic celis. Most of patients with adrenal myelolipoma is generally asymptomatic and can be found incidentaly. Classıc myelolipoma is lucent on plain films, echogenic on ultrasonography, and avascular on angiography. Surgery is indicated if symptoms are present. Aithough treatment of other pathologies which must be considered in differential diagnosis is surgical, surgery is only necessary if the mass is symptomatic in adrenal myelolipoma cases. İn this report we presented the radiological findings of a 60 years old female patient who had a diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma.

Abstract
Adrenal myeloüpomlar hematopoetik ve matür yağ dokusundan oluşmuş nonfonksiyone selim tümörlerdir. Adrenal myelolipomlar klinik olarak genellikle sessiz seyrederler ve tesadüfen tespit edilirler. Klasik myelolipomlar direk grafide lusent, ultrasonografide ekojen, anjiografide avasküler olarak izlenirler. Lezyonlar BT de yağa ait dansite değerleri gösterirken MRG de yağa benzer sinyal intensite değerleri göstermektedir. Ayırıcı tanıda yer alan diğer patolojilerin tedavisinde yaklaşım cerrahi olduğu halde adrenal myelolipomada cerrahi, kitle ancak semptomatik olduğunda gereklidir. Biz bu bildirimizde adrenal myelolipom tanısı almış 60 yaşında bir bayan hastanın görüntüleme bulgularını sunduk.
