Abstract
Renal malign fibröz histiositom son derece ender görülen bir neoplazmdır. Kilo kaybı, halsizlik ve batında kitle yakınmaları 63 yaşındaki erkek hasta kliniğe başvurmuştur. Ultrasonografi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi ile sağ böbrekte büyük kitle lezyonu saptanmıştır. Radikal nefrektomi uygulanan olguya patolojik inceleme sonucu "primer renal malign fibröz histiositom "tanısı konmuştur. Olgu kaynaklar eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Renal malignant fibrous histiocytoma is an extremely rare neoplasm of the kidney. 63 years old man was admitted to the hospital with the complaints of weight loss, malaise and abdoinal mass. Ultrasonography and computarized tomography revealed a large mass lesion on the right kidney. Radical nephrectomy was performed and pathological examination revealed a primary renal malignant fibrous histiocytoma. The patient was discussed in the view of the literatüre.
