Abstract
Glucagonoma syndrome is a paraneoplastic phenomenon characterized by alpha celi pancreatic tumor; necrolytic migratory erythema, diabetes, weight loss, anemia, stomatitis, thromboembolism and gastrointestinal-neuropsychiatric disturbances. We presented a case of glucagonoma and rewieved the literatüre on this syndrome.

Glukagonoma sendromu, nekrotik migratuar eritem, diabetes mellitus, kilo kaybı, anemi, stomatit, tromboembolizm, gastrointestinal- nöropsikiyatrik bozukluklarla karekterize, pankreasın alfa hücrelerinden kaynaklanan paraneoplastik bir fenomendir. Bu yazıda glukagonomalı bir olgu sunulurken sendromla ilgili literatür de gözden geçirilmiştir.
